With years of experience in high-pressure environments, including as a 911 Emergency Dispatcher for both New Hanover County and the City of Fayetteville, Penny has honed her ability to manage complex logistics, multitask under pressure, and deliver results with precision and professionalism.

Additionally, Penny’s experience in public service at the Department of Defense at Camp Lejeune has equipped her with a deep understanding of the importance of clear communication, attention to detail, and a client-centered approach.

At Mako Forensics, she oversees daily operations, client scheduling, administrative management, and marketing efforts, ensuring that every case receives the highest level of care and attention.
